Construction Administration

Ian Egloff manages the Construction Administration at Ciccozzi Architecture.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science & Architecture in Environmental Design & Construction, a 6 year double bachelor, from the University of Canberra in 1993 and has been registered as an Architect with the AIBC since 2004.

Ian has been working in the lower mainland industry since 1994, including detailing for several of the Yaletown warehouse revitalizations, institutional school design and renovations, single family residences, townhouse complexes and 4 to 6 storey wood frame apartments from Whistler to Langley. Providing expertise in 3D modelling, preliminary layout, buiding permit application documentation and management, construction detailing, construction administration, code evaluation, fire life safety, accessibility, envelope design and construction, CEPTED analysis, site planning logistics, negotiations with municipal authorities and project management.

Outside of work Ian spends time raising his son, working in the garden, cooking, home maintenance, running, roller blading, playing Frisbee, skiing, cycling and walking.
